Beachview Drive

• New house construction on large waterfront lot.
• Extensive heavy landscaping, including blast rock retaining walls, tiered gardens, 20' x 40' pool, and concrete decks.
• Grade of rear yard brought up by 20' with structual material to ensure level walk out.

Settling Ponds

Date	January - March 2011

• Dredging/dewatering of settline ponds, Kamloops, BC.
• Long reach exavator utilized for moving material 2 x 12 hour shifts per day.
• Dredged material processed through centrifuge/filtration process.

Indian Arm

Client	Ajia Canadain Building Systems

Date	January - June 2009

• Boat access only.  Barged in all equipment and building materials/supplies.
• Cleared/prepared lot for new house construction.
• Heavy landscaping including installation of a series of dry stack retaining walls.
• Installation of approved septic system.

Nature's Cove

• Demolition of existing commercial building on site.
• New mixed use development that includes 23 single story units.

Dollarton Highway

• Excavation for addition, new garage, and driveway.

Mount Seymour Parkway

• Involved lifting existing house and utilizing cranes and excavators to insert support beams to suspend house structure.
• Excavated for new basement while house was supported/suspended.

Granville St Demolition

• Extremely tight location
• Utilized specialized excavator with "zero tail swing" allowing greater flexibility to work in a confined area.
• Allowed us to demo the building with out effecting Granville Street traffic.

Woodlands

• Cleared lot of brush and debris.
• Two large excavators in tandem used to remove material out.
• Blasting of bedrock and excavation for foundation.
• Utilized series of pulleys/towtrucks to maintain excavator on site due to extreme grade of lot.
